PostSubject: starter motor   starter motor EmptySat May 14 2011, 23:38

Hello,
We have a 1980 T25 (affectionately called Betty), which is having trouble starting. She needs a new starter motor, as well as some bodywork conservation. We might be able to do some of this ourselves, but really do need some advice and even some suggestions for a garage to take her to (if we can get her started...). We live in Cambridgeshire, but have recently moved from Scotland and so far have not found anyone in this area to give us any help and were wondering whether anyone has any recommendations. I would really appreciate your help as we are finding it quite difficult to know where to go and we miss taking out our lovely VW.
Many thanks!
Sarah and Robert
