lowering a mk3 golf 1.9 derv??? top mount issue???

Hi there,

can someone tell me the exact top mount setup of a mk3 gti a list of all the bits top of spring to top bolt and how they fit on as i wanna fit lowering springs or wanna coilies to my mk3 golf diesel and my top mounts looked way too loose and apparently the gti ones are wider or sumin??

Any help or ideas on fitting would be great as i really wanna get it done before anymore shows
