Running much better now thanks mate Managed to strip down and fit my new replacement parts within a couple of hours today, just in time before i left for work Mad rush to get it sorted in time but got there in the end Engine bay before.... Stripped down.... Number 1 port... going to look for another KR head so i can port and polish it After Also sorted out a few other bits you cant see. Started first time, runs and ticks over sweet now. Brake pedal seems like its gone spongey so guessing theres a small vacuum leak which i'll check for. Going to re-time it so its spot on aswell Happy days Next job will be the fuel pump set up

| Set my ignition timing up properly last saturday. She now runs sweeeeeeeeeeet!! Going to buy poly front and rear engine mount bushes now before i realign the exhaust.
Also fitted the G60 steelies as the weathers now to bad to bother cleaniing splitties every weekend. Look poo due to the tractor tyres fitted on them but i'll soon use them up now lol.
Will get some pic's soon

| sorting the throttle body so it turned the ISV on instead of idling through a slightly open butterfly and sorting the timing out which i offered to do numerous times. | |

| oh and dont get polybush rear engine mounts, if you read about you will see they are bloody sh1te and break easily. Standard diesel ones are the best. | |

| I set the timing before to compensate for the throttle switch not working and sending signal for the ISV to work bud. Was a dodgy plug on the throttle body that caused my trouble but thanks to the bits i got off liam, its all good now. Did'nt go to adam suttons in the end as i knew i could sort it myself in the end. | |

| Put my caddy to winter spec now the weathers poop Sold the chrome bumper and replaced with standard plastic jobbie. Still have another chrome bumper for when its painted anyway. Replaced the splitties for the G60's as there easier to clean. Will be painting the splitties while there off and will probs end up on the van i collecting at the weekend Also satin beiged a spare tailgate for when the caddy is used daily. | |
