| Thought i'd get to the bottom of my fuel pressure prob. RAC man said he could p1ss faster lol. Stripped the tank off along with all the injection parts so i could clean it all up. Removed the sendor on the top of the tank first of all to see if it looked clean inside. Well it looked well clean but noticed all this in the bottom... Spotted that it read NUR DIESEL ONLY on the top of the blue part so got me thinking. Already knew that petrol/diesel tanks are the same so did a search to find the blue part can be removed via the sendor hole. I used a tent peg from last weekends shows on the end of some pliers to hook it out as theres a loop in the top of it. Believing this should solve my prob, thought i'd give the top of the tank a coat of hammerite. Had some blue left over from something in the past so figured that would do, afterall you dont see that bit anyway Underside looked pretty good so just touched in a few bits to protect for a little longer Before i started today, i collected another tailgate which i gunna do some graphics too and use as daily. Saves my new 1 getting bent up before the rest of the trucks repainted. just need an handle for it. It was only 50 notes but i got pulled in the ibiza for the pressed plates  so it now owes me 80 :I | |

Will do an oil change too.

| Got her back up and running last thursday so thought it was time to spend some money on service parts. cambelt, tensioner, water pump, oil filter and so on... Planned to have got it all sorted saturday in time for players but opted out Knowing i still had my rear arches to sort just so i could go over 40mph on the splitties Not rolled a caddy rear arch properly before and know that they are a pain in the backside due to them being double skinned so figured i best use my blue truck as a guinea pig To do a test on standard rear arch lip Cut some slits into it. Its difficult to stretch metal so this is the best option IMO. Only did this to where the arch spat is. Done! Was'nt too sure if this would surfice or even be a good roll but checked out 2 well known caddy's at players and they was'nt as good as this, so i well pleased with the result now. Will probs do the other side as another test before attacking my white truck Tools used.... Arch roller, Hammer, 3in die cutter, Dolly | |

| Cheers lads. When i do those on my white truck, i'll clean back all the original sealer, cut the slits into the lip then re-underseal. when i'am happy with the roll, i'll then use some sealer to coat the whole area so it prevents any water traps. I'll take more pic's when i do them | |

| Rolled my passenger side arch today. unfortunately, the roller is no good as the trucks too low for it to work so had to do it with the mighty hammer.
Not happy with how the arch looks but its rolled.
Good job i doing this before getting the whole thing painted hey.

| The roller cant get on enough of the lip to work.
In the end, i made more cuts into the lip to roll the gradually. I knew i would have paintwork probs do top the last owner doing some filler work to cover the holes where the spats go but, where the cuts are, they made creases in the outer arch line.
Nothing that cant be sorted, just looks a little untidy at the mo thats all.
i did manage to clean back the sealer on the drivers side before going work aswell today so i'll see how i get on with that 2moro.
