Newbie with a Mk3 Polo Coupe / Mk1 G60 in the making

Hi all, went to go and pick up some Borbet T's today from the other side of Cambridge and was told about you lot by the bloke when i got there so i thought i'd join up.

Well i drive a mk3 polo Coupe which at the moment looks like this:



(will have GT arches and Borbet T's on by the weekend)

Andddddd.... I'm making a G60 Mk1 Golf on the side which looks like this:







I'll make up a little project thread on here and add a little more when i'm not soo tired

Well i didn't have alot on at work today :( So i got home early, fitted the GT arches and Borbet's So she looks like this now......

And before that had holes in her .... i'll have to upload some more pics onto flickr and get a thread going on here.... Oh by the way where are the local meets held and when? Might pop up in the Polo and show my face. I heard theres someone around the Cambs area with a blue Mk1 G60 and wouldn't mind a chin wag with him/her

the meets are last friday of the month. check out the meets section for where it is.

And think thats phil you are on about with the blue g60, hes got a thread on here somewhere.

Ahhhh cheers mate I'll have to pop up to one then I'll have a hunt for that project thread.... I've kinda got the jist of most of it its just the wiring which stumps me if i'm honest, I'm thinking of fitting it all (bar loom) then trailering her over to MV developments and letting them finish it off

I got my car with the conversion but the engine was shot so had it rebuilt but if you need to know anything illl try to help
