need stretch on my 19x9 bentley wheels

ive got my bentley wheels and they are 19x9 and ive been looking about and a few people have got 215/35/19 im thinking about getting them tyres but im not sure if/how they will look or if they will look too much stretch?

just to let you know im not using these wheels for dailys just for shows.

any1 know what 215/35/19 will look like on some bentley wheels on my mk4?

Personally I think that's a little too much stretch. It may be a pain in the arse finding people willing to fit them too. I'd say go for 225s instead

how will 225's sit on my mk4 golf with the arches n that?

i have 15mm adaptors on the front and 25mm adaptors on the rear. :S

I would say 215/35 is right tbh, I have a 225/40 on my 10's thats about spot on. So given yours is a 9" and 19" 215/35 would be my choice.

Front yes, rears are pretty much rolled on a mk4. I used a scaffold pole for mine with a heatgun beforehand.

I doubt it really mate, have ago yourself its not difficult just take your time, the heatgun is a must.

Id say your gonna need 215s for clearance on a mk4 dude. i always run them on mine and they are fine. ride is harsh mind, but thats a given really. Cambs performance tyres will have no problem gettin them on. And for those saying its too much stretch, i have 215/35s on my 9.5 RS'

matty can u post a pic up of what 215/35 look like on ur 9.5's please? just so i can get an idea. and how much stretch is too illegal?

I wanted a pic to c what the stretch is like on ur 9.5's to see what they wud look like on my 9's if they look ok on urs they gotta look ok on mine what size u got on ur bentleys?

LOL i said i always run 'them' as in 215/35 on my bentleys. and that is what the picture is of. and theyll be plenty more in my build thread of them on car etc. I think youll need them to get it sitting half decent on a mk4 especially on the front.

the closest i have seen on a 19x9 rim is 225 35 19 and i think it looked awful but depends what you like i suppose, I have got some X5 wheels on my e39 bmw fronts are 9x19 rears are 10x19 i kinow this car obviously has more arch room but the fronts are 235 35 19 and rears are 275 30 19 and i reakon 235 is to thin for a 9x19 rim.....
