| ive never had any problems with parceltogo and ive sent and received a lot through them. They are only an agent for various courier companies though depends who the courier was. | |

After the horrendous ordeal I have had to go though about my subframe I can safely say I will never, EVER use them again. It was picked up in October and still hasn't been delivered and their customer support is more then a joke. f**k them. | |
