going out to dub charleys on the week end, first trip with the caddy out of england! should be good fun. thought i may put some pics up of the most recent updates.

first of all sorted my bay out, i no its only a td lump buy still good for it to look as tidy as possible with out going ott. changed my air filter and made a uber cool bracket for that, changed back to a standard grille and cl splitter, carbon fibre scuttle tray (wih sticker! wooo) and put my battery cover back on.

bits and bobs, parts repainted wheels all olished back up etc

before the changes
mk1 caddy - Page 13 Thecaddy528

mid way, first idea of the bracket before the welder grinder and filler then shiney paint came out to make the better stronger version
mk1 caddy - Page 13 Thecaddy529

then all done, sorry for the blurry pic! the bracket holds the filter up and the upper section to hold the fuel lines inplace so they done just rest ontop of the filter

at the week end finialy fiinshed all the wood with the help of jodie...

flatted an off cut down and laquared it twice, seems to hold of water now as i compaired it too a normal piece. so will laquare the hole lot before it goes in for a show.

using my caddy for what a caddy is for,
