| Subject: morning update Sat Apr 05 2008, 09:07 | |
| got a busy week end, want to try get most of the interior back in and get most of the little fidly bits done, still waiting for the wings back from paint, minus the trim holes and got the passenger door to go to paint. not a huge update but thaught i would put some piks up anyway, got my new radiator couple days ago as my old one leeked more water than it held so i repainted the sides to make it look a bit newer as it had been in a garage for quite some time i put my centre caps back on my g60's and thaught they looked a bit plain and dull, cant really leave them off so i done some detail work to bring them to life a bit, i mixed some one shot paint (pinstriping paint) and tried to get a close match to the body colour, then painted the vw badge on the centre caps, havent yet fitted the caps back on a im going to take my wheels off and give them a ruddy god clean and polish and i dont have enugh time or money to give them a refurb ^_^ also used the same colour and detailed the small lines in the heater switches/sliders and also on the end dash vents, my bro told me i have to much time on my hands lol | |
