loom swaps for mk2 8v to 16v

can,t see anything on here ,i have a 8v digifant and i want to do a 16v swap,

have been told its plug and play but it cant be that easy.

i can do the engine and box its just the loom i need help with.

Plug and play depending on the year of your car and the year of the donor car mate

You'll want the 16v fuel pump aswell

mines a g reg 1990

plug and play does that mean i can use the same loom or do i need the 16v loom

i knew about the pump.

what year doner car should i be looking at then .

You want the loom from a 90spec 16v then mate

just been on flebay and all mk3 16v are either 1995 or 97

trying to find a 1990 spec loom will be like rocking horse s**t

never mind a engine and all parts needed for conversion

all 90spec mk2 golfs will plug and play and so will mk3 golfs looms
