tyre size for 7+8j 14s

hiya guys, needing new tyres for my rims to try n stop the scrubbing, im thinkin of goin for 195/40 r14 on the 8s but cant really find anything with a low enough profile for the 7s

any1 on here running these size wheels? if so what tyre do you have on them? pics would be good too.

185/45/14 or try a 175/50 that will stretch well aswell.

185/45 would be good but cant seem to find anywhere that sells them, i know toyo used to make them though. and ive got 175/50 on them at the mo but the side wall is jus to big and cuz they only budget tyres they dont stretch to well, only other ppl like make that size are pirelli with the P6000 so they might give a better stretch but think the side wall will still be too high.
