| hi guys and girls i resently sold a my t25 camper i was in 2 minds weather to sell it or not as it was a good project and i had planed to get it painted during the summer. However i had a lad asking me to sell it to him, and i said that it wasnt for sale as i had plans for it, the only time i would sell it is if somone made me a good offer. a few day later he made me an offer i couldnt refuse so i let it go. i told him what needed to be done, and he was happy to pay the price of waht he had offered me. so he collected it and took it away. a few months have garne by now, and last nite after the meet when i got back to bury i see him in town. he then told me that he has been in tuch with the last owner and he had told him what i had payed for it, so the lad that got it off me is now saying he wants half his money back because of the price i payed for it nearly a year ago and if i dont he is going to cause me trouble. So basicly he made me a stupid offer after i told him it needed a clutch and a screen and a rubber set and possable a few oter bits, he was happy to pay what he had offerd me and now he is getting lemon because of the price what i payed for it and reckons that he is going to be causeing me geafe if i dont give him some of his money back. He has signed a Recept Saying sold as seen. he reckons that he had no money now that he has got it, and no money to finish it and demands some money back, i have told him where to go there is no way im giveing him anyting back. just really dont know what to do if he starts trouble | |

| You are under no obligation to give him any money back at all. Tell him where to go. If he intimidates you too much that your not able to deal with it yourself, then go to the police. | |

| send round the boys an break both his legs then make him sell it back to you for half the price you originaly paid for it and if he wont then set fire to it better than using the police as its a guaranteed result | |

| i sold a car to a bloke and he was quite happy with it and mailed me about a few probs he had with it but then he called me and said the head gasket had gone and i said ok get the bill from the garage and we can talk from there but ive never heard nothing back from him and he was making all types of threats about going to court etc
so i wouldn't worry and if he does start anything call the police cos u are on the right side of the law and he has not got a leg to stand on lol
if he was happy with handing over the money and signed a sold as seen note then tell him to go stuff it | |

| just forget about it most people are all mouth anyway, the police is always an option. Just dont respond to him in anyway now, leave it all up to him. Justt keep all evidence that he gives i.e texts etc. Argues your case even better then Bloke sounds like a mouthy w****r. | |

| if he brings grief, im sure there are alot of people on this forum that will give him grief with you man, as you say he signed saying he payed that much so f**k him he cant do s**t. if he damages your cars go to the police and he will have to pay for the damage then you can laugh at him and call him a c**t | |

| Liam. Don't sweat it mate. If he turns up at your door tell him I'll give him his money back. Reassure him it's all cool and give him my address and I'll sort it for you.
I mean it. Do it. | |
