Christmas meet/dinner date poll

Ok Fendubbers

Decembers Meet falls on Christmas Day so i positively sure its gunna be a no go. Would'nt be surprised if the gates get locked in cambridge anyway.


I'd like us all to get together for a Xmas meet and Eat though. I've been thinking of the large restaurant places like brewsters and brewers fayre. At the minute, the only 1 i know of that could cater for a good few cars is hartford mariner near to huntingdon and st-ives. I sure a few others will come to my head soon though.

Until then, we need to have a Poll on what day you all would like this to happen.
I'am going to throw in the 3 fridays and 3 sundays in december that are before xmas.

Obviously for those that work late on friday, we'll keep the 7-7.30pm time we normally have and Sundays say at 2pm.

We need to get this sorted asap so that i can contact the restaurant we go to about the numbers they should expect to walk through there doors.

Lee i think its the mill house next door to the marina, will be going there sat night so will let you know and possibly get a menu

sounds cool, i say the 13th cuz im busy the following weekend

anything but the 18th as thats the office christmas party so far even though i dont actually have a VW so my opinion doesnt count

went there today for a recce. its the hartford mill at hartford marina.

good size carpark on the right with a few small speed bumps (not an issue)

advertised Xmas meal at £6.99 or £7.99 per person,

what about the lucky star in cineworld? i mean its damn good food, got some hench tables and has plenty of parking out back.

i think huntingdon is a good idea, as everyone gets to travel and makes it fair

me and the misses went to the hartford mill last night, food was good and cheap was a good night out

Right then folks

Have'nt got time to go around searching for other venues so the Hartford mill near huntingdon will be it.

will be held on sunday 13th at approx 2pm

for xmas dinner, theres a deposit of £2 per person needed when booking so those that want it, need to sort it with me on fridays meet. i will then book it next weekend.

normal menu is available for those that dont want xmas dinner
