Its not jsut the pics m8, they jsut for reference. its the cars in general.

i know mate, i just hate how the boot seems so much higher thab the bonnet in that jetta. and those square lights don't help either, the front splitter is rancid and the wheels don't suit the overall look of the car.

i'm not slating the car cos i'm sure it's great. i'm just pointing out why i'm not a fan.

mk1's is great tho, although not sure what happened to his spliter

I love the shape of the coupe, gives and illusion of rake without there being anyway, and also love the westmoorland front. i agree 16v small bumper splitter is cheating alil bit bit it 'works' i think.

Both, They both are truely amazing and have there own style and use's

I would of voted for the Jetta but actually he's quite right about the boot, ive never really looked at it like that before.

the mk1, golf only came in hatchback in my mind done really like jettas that much.

I prefer that jetta over that golf, but only cos of the westy front.

In general I'd probably choose golf.

I dont think the pic of the golf does it justice tbh

the jetta pic is so much better and i think if the vehicles was swapped into each others scenery, the golf would get more votes

Like i said above peeps it wasnt ment to be about the pics, surely most people on here know what both cars are without a picture, and which they prefer neither would be in standard form and neither would be like the cars pictured either way.

Jetta coupe all day long, not just for novelty value but I just like pure and simple.

I just love mk1 golf always have always will but i would like a sweet mk2 gli jetta.

i've allways fancied making a jetta coupe with rallye running gear and the rallye box arches, mk1's are timeless though
