| the ABA lump was in very, very, very few late Mk3 golfs and passats over here, they were mainly in the mk3's in the states | |

| \have heard u can put the crossflow head from the beetles onto the 2.0 8v bottomend 2 make sumfin similar 2 the ABA.
dunno how true that is though.

| True but heard you need to have an oil feed drilled into head so its the same place asthe 2L bottom end. Something like that anyway lol | |
