cool cos i kno for about 230 i can get a g max kit which is springs and dampers
is it sometimes better buying second hand then cos i know that the springs need to set so to speak when you fit a new kit

yeah they do need to settle...i think my newest set are about settled now after a couple of months... depends how much you gonna pay for a second hand set. coilovers can seize if there not looked after cuz they go rusty and the threads get knackered

id say buy new. just so ya know they're not bent or anythin.
plus if coilies arent looked after (not like mine of course Embarassed ) they can sieze up so you cant adjust them.

generally tougher springs on standard shocks will do the shocks in 6months ish your best to get a spring and shock kit or coilovers, obviously the more power your car has the better kit to get etc,
im running on hottuning coilovers and have no problems at all and also ordered them tuesday night at around 11.30pm and had them 7.30am thursday morning!!
also i am told that janspeed coilovers and other brands are all made in the same factory just branded differently?
