whats the best way to clean up faded seats and door cards, mine are caked in grease and bits of oil and have completely lost the light colour to them and the colour from the rainbow stripes has faded as well, anyone help me?

Depends what material your seats are mate but for the plastic on your door cards, give them a good clean with warm soapy water, dry them off then rub in some smooth peanut butter, leave for 15 minutes then buff off.
