Corolla S, it currently has stock wheels/tires 205/r 14 or something
close to that...I was wondering if Its okay to put new 15" rims and
tires on it just to make it look better, Im not concerned with gas
mileage.

15" 'rims' or wheels are far to big for any corolla, even the latest models. By JDM law you can only fit smaller diameter wheels, i would suggest 13" with stretched tyres and ridiculous offset, couple this with a bozo style exhaust system and BGW (big g*y wing) and you'll not want to drive your stock Honda Civic or american P.O.S (sorry billy but they are kinda 80's camp) that are in your other topics....
