Vindis Show St.Ives!

Right Peeps

Just thought I'd invite anyone who wants to come to this show my mates dad is organising for Vindis, he's the manager of the Vindis VW in Cambridge.

But theres a show celebrating a certain amount of years of Vindis and he would like sum club members to put there cars on show.

Its going to be 2 day event with BBQ and other various things happening, going to be on the 24th and 25th of this month.

It will be at Vindis in St. Ives our cars will be parked and shown off on the grass where the sales car are normally parked let me know if your interested!

If you do fancy coming along and showing off your dub, we could all meet at Swavesy Services off the A14 then convoy down together.


Its Limited to 14 spaces so get your names down quick if your interested!

I work for Vindis (not VW) and this is the first i have heard of this

I'd love to have a space on the front and then I can tell them about what a shower of cack mechanics they employ on their commercial side and how they damage your vehicle to the tune of thousands and hide it up and dont tell you............. do you think they would be interested in having me there still ?

@ Ian83, you may not know as i think its only a VW thing, i thinks its more to do with a summer opening of sales, than a celebration of Vindis, but its 2days and they've got bbq, and and 8 lane scalextrix (however you spell it)

@ guy, i totally agree mate, i've had my run in with VW mechanics hence y i take my car to the VW specialists in Needingworth as they know their shiz! Im jus going so I can rub it in, and they see what a sick car they could be working on lol!

If the want any of the older dubs there then post something up on the splitterz website. Living in St Ives I know of 3 splitty vans, a sweet bay or two, a couple of Beetles and a handful of T25s in the village alone, including mine which I believe is the only Aussi Syncro Trakka conversion in the UK. Pity it clashes with the Big Bang VW show at Santa Pod
