| Hi all, my background has generally been jap, with previous cars being a Honda Civic Vti 200 bhp, then an Integra Type R which was nitrous'd, then onto a subaru Impreza Turbo. After suddenly finding out that i was gonna be a dad, i had to get something sensible, so went for a vw passat and promised myself no modding..............(yeah right) Anyway, i bought the car 2 years ago, didnt touch a thing on it, just kept it clean, and then i got bored so started to do little things to it... here goes with the pics..... this is the car in standard form, its 2.0 Tdi SPORT, 140 bhp fully loaded. The first mod i did to the car was getting some side skirts and front lip, these are genuine vw parts as i wanted to keep the car oem.... then came the 19" wheels and AP coilovers... then some goodies arrived from germany in the shape of de badged grill and new headlights.. heres a pic with the headlights fitted below, grill is not fitted yet as you can see i didnt like the number plate recess so got my local bodyshop to get rid of it and get a smooth look on the front..... heres the new grill all smooth.... The final body mod i added was a boot spoiler, again oem part from vw... heres some pics as it sat last summer..... I have now sold the above wheels and presently it is sitting on the standard 17's, i have new split rims coming, and airride to be installed on Apr 19th so i will have some update pics then, hope you like.... | |

| i take it thats just with the basic single compressor and small tank? are you fitting it yourself? Accuair is a really good bit of kit, id have that or the easystreet management.
Whats the specs on the wheels?

| hey guys, sorry havent been on here in a while! someone over on E38 gave me a nudge to come and say hi, been really busy with the car, airiride is in, a few minor finishing touches to be done, new wheels are also here.... here are some pics, let me know what you guys think, still have the carpeting to be done and some lights fitted the new wheels first trial fit, having some issues with the offset and tyre setup, some after a few adjustments had another go... still having issues at the back so looks like i have a to get another set of new tyres and maybe take a couple of mm of the hub on car to get it to sit right. hope you guys like. | |

| Commented on this on edition. looks awesome m8, and i wouldnt go taking material off anythin unless you really have to. i think 1 degree of camber on the front will see the tyre tucked | |

And whats the spec of the image's? the front just needed the arch rolling, and tucks in perfectly now. as i wasnt brave enough the first time of slamming the bags! wheel spec 19x9.0j offset (educated guess) et20, hard to say as the wheels where made to measure to fit the car.
