favour needed/16v mk2 enquiry

Got a friends mk2 golf 16v in for couple of gaskets and running problem, anyway, as i've removed the inlet manifold i've found that a sensor that sits as the butterfly stop has had its plug cut off on the wiring loom side and i have no clue which way round they go into the sensor. One black wire, one black/yellow and one white. I haven't got any wiring diagrams for it and need it running by tonight. Can anyone help?? Cheers, Alex
