| Just got the email for this today so i calling tomorrow to set up a clubstand. Once i get the all go, its then up to you guys/ghels to get your tickets ordered. I'll do my best to get a nice spot for the stand. Please note that if your ordering tickets for someone else who wants to have there car on the stand, you must mention that you will need an extra clubstand pass. Basically you'll need 1 for every car. Quote fendubbers when ordering. I'll let ya know when you can place your orders Here's the details from the emailGTI International 2010 – 26th & 27th June GTI International will again be held at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground in Leicestershire, not far from Junction 20 of the M1.We have again chosen the last weekend of June and hope that this will ensure more favourable weather (who can say!) and it avoids the Le Mans and British Grand Prix weekends. And, not to be forgotten, it comes after payday for many of us!Camping was a huge success last year, with a bar and entertainment, allowing visitors to stay on site overnight and enjoy the whole weekend away. The same will be happening again this year but also the Camping area will have a dedicated caterer opening from 7am to 11.30pmThe camping area will be close to the central area of GTI International, and will provide toilets, showers and catering, so campers should have all that they need. The organisers of GTI International have been working steadily to make sure that the event provides more enjoyment and greater value for the thousands of visitors and we have taken on board the criticisms and suggestions which have been made in the past. We cannot satisfy everyone, but we will do our utmost to make 2010 the best GTI International in recent years.Information about Club Display areas, inter-club competitions, and details of camping costs and facilities, will be updated on the GTI website during the coming weeks. Each club will need to decide whether it also wants a similar club display area to that provided in past years for members to park together. For general enquiries about club activities at GTI International 2010, contact Sally Appleby on 01525 750 500, or visit www.gtiinternational.co.uk For enquiries about trade and exhibition space at GTI International, contact Debbie Forbes on 01525 750 504, or e-mail her at sales@autometrix.co.uk Please note that the offer of special club parking is only open to cars manufactured by the Volkswagen Group, Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Porsche and Skoda (and Bentley and Lamborghini!)Like last year, all visitors to GTI International will enter by the trade route and when your members arrive, please make sure that they display their club passes in the windscreen; only those who do so will be allowed to drive up the trade route to the club areas.Special booking scheme for club members1. All clubs which wish to have a special parking area at the event must complete the registration form and return it to us by the 31st March 2010.2. At this stage, we are not asking clubs to indicate how many spaces will be required.3. The advance booking forms and the booking form on our website will have a space to show whether the person booking belongs to a club, and whether they would like a place in that club’s parking area.4. When we receive bookings which indicate this, we will check with you to confirm that the person is actually one of your members. We will probably do this in batches.5. As the booking forms and payments come in, we will keep a running total of the club entries. At a cut-off date two weeks before the event, we will total up the entries for each club and map out the site based on these numbers. If we have received 27 advance bookings for VWOC (GB), for example, we will allocate a space sufficient for this number of cars, plus a little extra space for any late-comers.6. Because we will have the addresses from the advance booking forms, the tickets and Club Display windscreen passes will be sent out directly from our office. This will avoid you having to send them out.7. There will always be some club members who arrive on the day who will not have club parking passes. They will be directed into the general car park and will then have to walk to the Information Centre. One of our staff will ‘phone your club co-ordinator at the event to check that the person is a member, and that there is still available space on the plot. The person will then be given a Club display pass which will enable them to drive from the general car park to the club plot. This might all sound a bit complicated, but we believe that it will make the whole thing much easier to organise. It will avoid having empty plots, or ones which are only partly filled. Please note that only vehicles manufactured by the Volkswagen Group are permitted in the special Club parking areas.

| Tickets are now available for you to buy in advance http://www.gtiinternational.co.uk/ Once you have picked what you want, click buy and then they'll be a drop down list of the clubs attending. Obviously pick Fendubbers! I'll be getting my tickets for the sunday only | |

Sure, why not When ordering, the tickets are priced for each person so you'll need 2 pick fendubbers in the drop down list of clubs who have organised a stand You'll then be sent a window pass for you to display in your car when arriving, that way, you'll be sent straight to the stand. See the first post for full details if unsure peeps | |

| Dont forget peeps that you need to pre-book your tickets for this show if you want to get on the Fendubbers clubstand. You only have so long left as this is at the end of the month. I'll arrange a convoy thread once dc10 is done and dusted | |
