| so i thought a little service was in order. does anyone know: what grade oil to get? how much should i put in? (filter change too) and a part number for the filter would help too? cheers guys | |

| it'll probably tell me in my Rado handbook but it's in the car (i'm guessing mine is the same engine), if you dont get an answer i'll look it up for you | |

| I use 10/40 oil in mine when asking for oil filter, just say its for a mk2 golf 16v kr. Its the same as most other older engined veedubs. I'd stick 2 and half litres in then check the dipstick for level | |
