| did my mk3 front/rears in under 2hours front leg bolts are the bugger as these are very tight from the factory | |

| yeah they will be easy enough, spray some wd40 on the leg bolts before you do them and let it soak | |

| id have a word mate its best to have them on there. you maybe able to use the boot off your old units if worst comes to worst. | |

| if you get newt top mounts you wont need spring clamps. just wind the coilies down all the way and put the new top mounts on.
if your gonna use your old top mounts then you will need clamps to get them off.
best to use new mounts as youve got it all out | |

| People say it's better to go for vr top mounts as they're stronger - took 2 guys about 40 mins to fit mine! | |

| i just use thick grease on mine. matty doesn't agree because all the s**t sticks to it, but you just wipe it off and all is good then slap some more grease on and it saves the threads for next time | |

yeaaaa they are smooth over there!, i was expecting the canadian roads to be just as good, but think they are just as bad as england, at the end of my road theres this huge drainage gutter thing in the road, could be a bit of a problem | |
