| Ive been splitting my wheels and just need to get the valves out for polishing is there a good way to get the buggers out I have not tryed brute force yet. | |

| A sharp knife and cut the base of it off (the part that is 'inside' when on a tyre) brute force will also work though Edit: they are use once only.. cant normally put them back in once the have been removed unless they are the metal ones which bolt in. | |

| you can get normal rubber valves fitted when you get tyres put on | |

| dont put rubber 1s back in phil, bolt in metal 1s look so much better, or even flush 1s if they will fit on your dishes. | |
