So yeah, got some wheels last weekend.
And like a kid in a toy shop, I wanted to use them as soon as I could.
So the next step was get hold of some tyres.

As MarkGTX knows, mytyres.co.uk is a pretty good place if you're looking for cheap budgets with stupid names. (GOODRIDE.... WTF!?)
Only problem then is you've got to find a good place to put them on your nice new rims which is gonna cost around £40 minimum (unless you 'know' someone).

So I went for the easy option and bought the tyres and ordered free fitting from the tyre company.

I went on valuetyres.co.uk, and found the tyres that I wanted.
I got some 205/45/17 Infinity tyres.
I know, I know, cheapy budget tyres, etc etc.
But when I had my banded steels, I got a pair and had them stretched over the front. Amazing tyres for the cost. Great grip, and stretched really nicely.

So anyway, I ordered 4 at the price of about £218 fitted.
Then searched around the net for valuetyres discount codes.
Found one for 10%, entered and it bought the price down to around £196.

Then chose the fitting station I wanted, and Cambridge Performance tyres appeared on the list.
Chose that and all was done.

Went to CPT this afternoon.
Tyres were there waiting, guys fitted and balanced them straight away, with no fuss.
Really quick service, and a bargain price for some pretty good tyres fitted by a well-known company.

Can't complain one bit!
And didnt even need to get my wallet out as it had all been prepaid. Sweeeeeet!
Here's the discount code I used if you fancy getting some from here....

CWU10

Just whack that in the promotion code box and it'll shove 10% off the total cost of your basket.
Hope that helps if anyone was planning on getting some new tread anytime. Thumbs up

They might be called 'Goodride', but they should be re-named to 'Sh!tgrip'. Fact.

A nice subtle bit of stretch to get it to tuck behind the arch.

Look good dude...and great find for cheap tyres Smile

Just remember if you do have tyres you want fitting then Tinklers will do you a good deal Smile (if the place you get them from don't offer a fitting service)

Yeah, pretty cheap place tyre wise!
Was gonna get them fitted with Tinklers again, but I was working in Cambs that day, so thought I might as well order it all at once and get them fitted when I finished work.

Seriously, they're pretty nice tyres for a budget jobby.
And the tread pattern looks kinda nice too. Either way, I'm happy REVIEW: Valuetyres.co.uk + CPT = WIN. Icon_biggrin
