If it's anything like Mk1 TTs it will be the pump.

Pipe come off behind the bumper?

Is the pump working cause they use a seperate high pressure pump i think. Also check the fuse has not blown due to frozen screenwash recently

Handbook says fuses
24 front washers
27 rear washer
33 headlamp washers
