mk3 GTI Oil Pressure light and sound off nonstop

Left the house today with the golf and the oil warning light and sound were going mental at me went off every time i started the engine and did it all non stop. kinda sending me up the wall, help need please

did you stop the engine straight away?


Nothing to help you with really you need to get your oil pressure checked... Also have you checked your oil to see if there is enough in there?

Dont do like most people do and carry on driving assuming its a sender of gauge fault even though these are common.

did a full service on the car yesterday but will check how do you check oil pressure?

done it Tiz was a sensor that was disconnected
