| well i have'nt updated in a while but here goes, after coming back from inters i managed to drop my sump full of oil on my drive ,not good,i replace the sump and it was all fine, i changed the manifold for a 4branch all fine ,then i sprung an oil leak ,so we put it on the ramps to see where it was coming from ,and the so called VW expert told me its your head gasket its leakin from one of the gallerys ,great i had some work to do ,so i stripped the head ,sent it for a wee skimm, put it all back to gether filled it up with oil ,turn the key fired up first time.the car was running great but after about five minutes the oil leak retured boooo,i havent got a clue where its coming from i took the cam case off to try and see and got spryed with the leaking oil,but i'm am building another engine but its far from ready get ,so i now have got a replacement engine for the old girl untill the other one is built pics to follow | |
