| Well there is finally room on the drive so I have got my own project yay! Lee and Matty picked the Jetta up earlier. Its a Jetta C 1.3 4 speed 34K genuine miles - an old man owned it until he passed away - has only done 2k since its last MOT He regularly oiled the underside so it is well solid The oil is still golden, not black so the car has been well maintained My plans are to keep it standard other than to lower it and change the wheels. I really like the car but TBH i prefer mk1 golfs so i maybe up for a swap when all the work is done!! The parts i need are - n/s headlight o/s/r door top fill radiator So if anyone can help me out then let me know! Anyway here are the pics | |

| That looks ace Gem I have some nice standard wheels for a Jetta with hubcaps that would come up a treat with a polish and quite possibly a nice running 1.6 engine | |

Oi, you cheeky ghet lol 16v nearly ready to drop in mate Well pleased with the jetta though Hope to find a door in the same colour as its prob a common colour. Only things i'll be doing on it are the mechanic's and obviously a buff up!!. Will be looking for some coilovers or maybe just some springs to slam her a little then i'll look into some wide wheels. Maybe even stick my standard RM's on it for now. we'll see

| i have lots of spare mk1 parts but i might keep them for mine. but i do have a rear door you can buy if i can get it off the other jetta before it goes for scrap this weekend, its in good condition. its good to see another mk1 jetta. mine is going to have some work done on it ready for next cambridge meet. | |

A rear door would be great if you have one what colour is it? That is the main thing that lets the car down at the mo - so getting a good condition door on her would make a massive difference. Yeah i hope to get a lot done on her this weekend. will be good to have a poke around yours at the next cambs meet!
