| I always find it best when removing glass to peal back the rubber in a corner a little and evenly apply pressure with your other hand at the same time, moving your hand along as you see the rubber moving. Put a glove on incase things go wrong though | |

| Not the nicest job in the cold I must say, if you can get the rubber warm it'll help, go round and move as much of the seal as you can, some water/washing up solution willl help, then as Lee (CR) suggests , pick a corner and start peeling get someone to apply pressure inside and go gently just dont twist it that'll cause it to shatter. | |
