I'm trying to keep this as a build thread, not a place for your chitter chatter Chris. Back on topic....I may get some paint next week...or the week after...or christmas...or for my birthday next year.....or in 2014

| Soooooooooooooooooooooooooo... Yesterday morning on the way from driving to the local breakfast filth bar to purchase some slightly overpriced yet undercooked breakfast baps some c**t in a Mercedes Sprinter decides to plough into the side of me I was coming up the road to work and there is a small junction on the right where said van man pulls out without indicating going straight into the side of me... the thing that really pissed me off aside the obvious is that he was just like "well that's me done for the day, i'll have to knock off early" I then emphasized how much time, effort and money I have put into my car over the past year to him replying "well i guess these things happen and that's what insurance is for" again whatacunt!! He then says "I think you've bent my chassis" to be honest it was just the bumper iron and what holds it all bent back, the way he hit me it bent all of the front wing and knocked the bumper out of the holder, door is all dented and shuts but is out of line and creased and the rear quarter is also creased. Steering wheel is also one way round and the wheels are pointing in different ways..that's all I could assess. Pics will follow soon when I get them uploaded. Moral of the story is bring in your own f*****g pack up for work. The End. | |

Can't upload pics as i'm borrowing a laptop, I will more than likely swap the salvaged parts onto a new cab. Car is in storage until the repair garage can assess it.....I have a brand new 60 plate Insignia SRI at the moment....THING HENCH!!!

Atleast the insignia is'nt a girls car though hey Yeah my insurers were pretty quick moving with the recovery and courtesy car with it being a weekend thing etc, Should find out what the deal is this week.....then next project or whatever will come about, whatever I get won't see paint until next year if it needs it!! I love how the Insignia has so much storage for my moisturisers and outfit changes as well as spare hair straightners!! It's actually really nice to drive....
