| Hi guys just after some advice on flipping a caddy rear axle. Is it as easy as it sounds? Also, how low on avrage will it drop it down, I know the condition of the springs will effect this, and the one in question has quite good ones. | |

| On a mk1 caddy mate, which i know you have. It will lower 100mm with a straight flip. It is an easy job so long as you have a welder to reweld the mounting plates 180d round the axle. if you wanna remove axle and deliver to me, then i can sort it for you if you not upto the job yourself or wanna go through the exchange jobbie with AL on the caddy forum | |

| Nice one mate. I need to get this done because vwchimp of the wold is gonna sell his mk2 Golf and run the caddy which we both own while he finds his next ride. Will just have to sort some coilies for the front and we should be slammin'!
If I get stuck I may have to run it down to you, I don't fancy using my 100 amp mig on it, my Dad's mate's 180 odd one should do the trick tho! | |
