This is the golf i have been waiting a month for now but boy was it worth it! just needs a few bits doing to her to finish it off. anyway here is some pics for you guys

Cheers dude, they will just be show plates now got pulled friday afternoon and got a right bollocking for them, told me there cameras couldn't pick them up, so drove straight to halfords and got some proper ones made up!

sweet mk2 mate engine pics

no engine pics yet needs a good polish and clean first, the car has been dry stored in a barn since 2006 so the whole car needs a good going over really. i have washed the body but need to sort all the trim out as it is a bit faided but i plan to do all this next weekend be4 gti spring fest.
been to my mates garage today to put a new flexi joint on the exhaust as it was blowing.

this is my mate ollys old motor, he spent a fortune building this car but he wouldnt tell me how much he sold it for so i reckon you must of got a bargain. was bloody rapid. hope you enjoy it. I know Golf+ wanted to feature it about a year ago

yea thats it. all im gona say it i got it for a fair price8) its prob the quickest car i have ever been in or driven:) he did say golf plus wanted to feature it and true to his word they came up to me at spring fest and asked if i wanted to feature it.
there is a few things i want to do to it when i have a bit of free cash then i might think about letting them but that wont be for quite a while!

yep you got it mate 16" as well so fit over the brembos:D , im well chuffed with them will take some better pics after i have cleaned her.

very nice wheels mate, i think you can get spiked centres for these rims, look ace!

ive seen em with the spikes on but these oners had been machined especially!

im sure a bit of searching would find some that fit.....cant help thinking ive read about em recently in a mag???

right been a little while since i have done anything to her, but took her out last weekend for the first time since inters and she boiled over
as I'm only running a 16v rad thought this could be the problem. so i sourced a custom made rad from anther mk2 golf that had a 20vt engine in it, only problem is its a bit tight when i trail fitted it now I'm not sure weather to run it like this or if i should try to move the inter cooler forward somehow?
