| got three runs in on saturday at big bang santa pod tried to take pics of the slips but there abit faded so dont come out very well so ill just type the results in . also i had extra wheel in boot inc the spare and a trolly jack and a full tank of fuel as i didnt think i was gona go on the strip
run 1 was 15.4328 at 88.58 mph reaction 0.4805 run 2 was 15.1816 at 90.52 mph reaction 0.4786 run 3 was 15.8617 at 85.72 mph reaction 0.4917
run 3 missed 4th gear but not too bad overall with carrying the extra weight it was also the first time on the strip really enjoyed it so i think now ive got the transporter the a3 is gona be fully strippped out and gona loose the 19" rims as im sure they aint helping the times either i wana be in the 13s if possible

| Should be able to get your reaction times and 60ft times down.
What tyre pressures were you running? Did you spin off the line?

| Hi Mike, Yep I think I can do better, not bad considering I haven't raced for over 4 years but lots to learn again.
I kept it with everything I have day to day i.e. spare, tunes etc and had half a tank of fuel (still just over 1/4 when finished) so more weight can defo be saved. I ran normal tyre pressures too and yes I had wheel spin on every start. I didn't dare let any air out after a few dudes had their CV's blow! I'm on the lookout for some spare 100mm shafts which I'll take next time I go....
Twas good fun and just the right amount of people there so didn't have to wait ages for each run.
Get that Jetta ready....
