| Hi I'm Cherry Me and Bramley (hes hiding on here somewhere) just bought a MK1 Caddy 1.6 Petrol, totally unmodified and are soon to be in the process of doing it up. So we may be coming along to some meets, I know absolutely nothing about cars but I love VWs & I'm going to learn along the way so thought I'd introduce meself as probably going to be needing some advice in the future!! | Hi there! Actually already having problems...haha (Excuse my description of this) Ok, when its hot and in idle or as i say when we slow down it keeps cutting out, then it will either start again straight away or take a few tries and honestly i have no idea what it could be, its been sat about for a few months, its just passed an MOT although ive been told that doesnt mean much, aside from this small problem it runs OK i think. Any wisdom people? | |

| We're in Norwich, The caddy is our daily driver, still totally stock apart from some horrible BMW alloys, but gonna have to be a long term slow project, can't wait for it to be lower and less white though... | |
