Got a spare room in the house i live in available to rent
the land lady has been banging on about getting someone else to move in
so its a small double room
got a double bed, wardrobe and bookshelf and about as much room to swing a small sized cat, nothing bigger though!

got a drive and garage (but my rocco currently has pride and place in the garage, alongside other crap i'm trying to clean/paint/restore!)
garden with me veg growing in it and an all important bbq!
house mates are me, will - 27, russ and lucy, both in their early 30's
need someone who will be sociable, not mental, easy to get along with etc
sorry we aint allowed any students or couples
the house itself has recently been sort of decorated, a man came and painted all the walls white! and it ain the best house in the world so if you are a clean freak or not too fond of some slightly old and strange decor dont apply!
now for the best bit
rent is £206 per month plus bills (normally around £70-80)
so its cheap as chips for cambridge
