| Does anyone know what the maximum PSI a 20V T can boost to without causing damage to the valves, etc? | |

| Mines around 14-15 but I don't dare wind it up any more until I stick VAG-COM on there and see what the injectors are up to. | |

| The actuator is adjusted slightly on the standard Turbo - not a good idea then? | |

| Over adjustment of the wastegate actuator (to much pre-load) so much so the waste gate can no longer control the boost which leads to boost spikes, boost creep and the worst effect can be over speed of the turbine rotor which will cause premature failure of the turbo. Aparently people have even drilled holes in the pipes to bleed off pressure (actually wasting precious boost pressure) or used bleed valves (crude but better than drilling holes) which are at least adjustable, but still not a good idea (which is what was on mine - a manual boost controller from http://turborevs.org.uk/vmchk/turbo-and-boost-kits/manual-boost-controller/manual-boost-controller-kit.html but is back to normal now). Custom Re-map is the way! | |

jabba is my first stop I'll 2nd Jabba as my car has been ampped by them about 4 years ago and stil runs spot on today. Would say though the boost comes in a little agressive

| I heard Stealth Racing were a good company, bit of a trek though.
£350 + VAT for a stock AGU, ie; standard injectors, turbo, etc.
Don't really know where to go, everyone's got their own idea of where is best - I just wanna go somewhere they do it properly on a rolling road rather than sticking a chip in it!
