3 bolts and its off, after the timing belt of course

As jellyb30 says 3 bolts and it's off, makes sense to do it while the cambelts off.

yea i was doing the cambelt and thought the same best do it while its off

Yes burt it's all in and running again and all run in now, although it does need a map tweek to get it running to it's full potential as it is but i don't see the point mapping now and when the turbos done,

what paint did you use on the manifold etc? high temp stuff i assume?

powder coated, couldn't get a green high temp paint

looking good can i ask where you aquired your carbon bonnet from? just i an looking for one

i got it second hand of a lad on cupra.net for a good price as it was slightly damaged on the under skin. if your after a new one then it's made by lite tuned, you could also try performance trim as i remember someone mentioning that they were thinking of doing one.

no worries mate, my advice would be to look out for a second hand one but there as rare as rocking horse s**t!! there also cheaper new if you go for the fibreglass under skin and carbon top rather than full carbon.
