wipers any ideas?

my wipers come on when i start my polo and dont turn off. ive replaced the relay but no luck its so anoyin any ideas wat it could be? thanks alot peeps

Take the wipers off for the summer and get the rain-x out lol. Sounds like dodgy wiring to me or an earthing fault

if the relay is working then the fault must be further back along the wiring, so I'd guess that it is the wiper stalk at fault myself, try unplugging it from the stalks and see if they still come on. Make sure you unplug the right side, if they are similar to older golfs then the plugs could be on the opposite side to the switch.
