I had 1 in blue when i was 18/19. Rotten in the usual places but was loads of fun.

i used to like fords when i was about 11-13 years old, when my sisters ex boyfriend had a escort turbo and a saphy cossie, but as soon as my bro turned up in a mk2 golf gti i was well and truly converted, and i would never consider anything else.

a fiesta int nothing compared to a golf

i'm not a ford person, but this car is a minter! you need to see it in the flesh to kinda appreciate it. (if any of you guys appreciate fords)

I kinda agree with Bridgedubber, fords are pretty bad, there cheap but you get what you pay for there, dnt get me wrong there are some good examples of fords about but also a lot of very very bad. My aunt had a ford Mondeo estate nd that blew up, then 2 ford escorts one which the body was eroding away daily and now a car thats tappin it d!ck off nd locks nd unlocks itself.

Atleast with a Dub there strong, can be expensive but last an absolute age, bring a shed load of enjoyment and have a fair bit of cred too

no offence taken at all ... if u put a post up of pictures of your car you have 2 take the stick or the good comments i think it was a bit harsh cousin callin me car crap but well life is so!!! alex will back up!! the sole reason i joined the fendubbers was 2 get u guys too some of the shows i roll 2 with the xroc i know u got ur own ones 2 but most car clubs were represented apart from the dubbers(the odd beetle on its own),,,, i love all 80s cars i am a thatcher child after all and seen all these iconic motors rollin every day in the flesh as well as did some of you dub boys as well, when rs1600is were rollin down next to mk1 clippers and 205 gtis renault 5 gts even the odd lotus sunbeam n so on and so on,, so last post guys wont cause conflict who knows in the next life ill mayb buy a dub!!
