| Does anyone know where i can get a set of angel eyes for a corrado as i cant find any anywhere.... two reasons 1. as some of you know the headlights are as good as candles unless on full beam or foglighs are on and 2. it think it would look mad as hell and different which is what its all about! | |

Thats what i was thinking too. You can make 1 yourself for a few quid, damn sight cheaper than what they go for on ebay. Angel eyes , you'll soon hate them

| no resistor, it takes the power direct from the battery right to the headlights, uses the old power from the headlight switch to turn on a relay instead of the headlights.
The original power for the headlights travels all the way around the car through old crappy wiring and by the time it gets to the bulbs its dropped down to about 9v. Did it on my blue mk2 at the same time as my mate did on his 16v. He had halfords super bright bulbs and i had halfords rally bulbs(the off road ones) And the difference was bloody amazing.
I used wires from an old car wiring loom so it all looked kinda factory. Think it cost us about £5 each all in all with buying the relay, tape, connectors, ring terminals for battery and cable ties to neaten it up. There is even a convenient place next to the battery on a mk2 slam panel a little hanging down bolt hole which is perfect to fix the relay to.
