Need adapters made up

does anyone know where i can get some adapters made up?

i need 4x114.3 (i think) to 4x100

Edit: if were to go to a local machine shop with some plans drawn up, is there any other measurements would i need?
-pcd to pcd
-diameter of adapter
-main thickness (is there a minimum?)
-depth of countersunk hole
-should i get centre bores machined in? obviously the smaller vw countersunk in to the back but should i get the larger wheel centrebore circumference put on to the front?

-what sort of bolts should i get to hold the adapter on?

-also what sort of metal should it be made of?

Lotus rims?

do want to borrow a coilover c spanner or have you got one?
