I better get some practice beforehand then as I haven't been biking for a couple years now, although I've now got a nice new GT Aggressor 3 I have only been out on it once haha.

It's not a race so it doesn't matter how fit you are guys.

Danny, you can hire pretty good MTb's from the bike shop at high lodge visiter centre
