| now the rado is pretty much stripped putting a AGU in her fully stripped with 2 seats welded in cage deleted sunroof full repaint in nimbus gray unsure about the bay colour yet mite just go nimbus aswell fully poly bushed all round, vibratech mounts every joint seem welded, will be running a front mount cooler with aqua mist + oil cooler, bigger injectors full remap and 2.5" stainless straight through will hopefully running about 250bhp baby any 1 out there done this conversion or any comments welcome pics will be up in the next week or so | |

| ko3 to start with but have 2 engines so will be taking the other to work to strip rebore bigger pistons p&p head and a ko4 | |

I wouldn't seem weld the whole thing, the first bump you hit and it'll rip, even the rally teams stitch weld them, stich two inches.... leave two inches etc. This will make the shell amazingly strong. | |

| If you seam weld it along the whole length it becomes too stiff and will rip in the event of a prang.
That's a bad thing.

| Two inch stitch seems a long way, I would have thought an inch was more like it, but then I have never prepped a race car! | |

| Either or either Mark,
I do know prodrive did two inch stitches, I just used that as a rule of thumb. | |
