which engine are you looking at? the V8? one of our business partners had a 750 E38 and loved it, his was black with cream leather and all the toys including the phone in the rear and head rest monitors etc... but his was a left hooker from Switzerland. He now has a new 7-series but a 730d.

Only thing that went wrong with his was an airbag fault - all the bags on the passenger side went off at once for no reason but i've not heard about it being a common fault. Apart from the obvious running costs and parts being a bit higher than your standard 3-series, they seem pretty bullet proof - lovely cars to be in as well!

Well if it's anything like my a8 v8.. Get it.! Luxury. Power comfort the lot.
It's so pleasurable to drive. Just damn expensive. But just enjoy it for a bit.

Mind you. I said I was guna get rid of the Audi but have just bought some 19" a8 reps and have my eye on a set of lowering springs. just can't help myself. tongue

I can vouch for that, my CL500 is so comfy and smooth - 20mpg average and £100 a tank, it gets costly pretty quick!
