Right Very Happy .. I will need to buy some pistons for the s3 shortly and wondering what are some good makes? Im going with either Wossner or PEC ones at the moment based on the good reviews ive heard about them, but there must be other makes out there aswell. So anybody have any recomendations?

Engine is obviously a 1.8 20vt and has 20mm gudgen pins..

There is a good chance it may have a bigger turbo at some point in the future and i only want to biuld it once so basicly im buying the best i can afford with the engine internals..

I'd say go with JE worth every penny from what i've heard, however i've just got std S3 pistons in mine and was going to go big turbo. it's the conrods that are the weak link when going big power as i've seen a few pics of blocks with bloody great holes in!!! Pistons.. Lol

You've also got scat, Integrated Eng rods both do 20mm pins

it is bloody cheap to be honest and to good to pass up!!

I've looked on scn and in ther section it says they have uk dealers:

1) Backdraft Motorsports
2) JBS Auto Designs
3) The Phirm
4) Badger 5

They may be higher priced than the states though.

You could try JNL racing and speak to JP, there something to do with the kermit green mk2 1.8t monster, they'll tell you the best setup to go for in your budget i'd imagine.
