im trying to call but it wont connect. i get the woman giving the little speech at the beginiing and then the line cuts off?

i did think that after i posted, but then i thought you may be open anyway.
my girlfriend is hopefully picking up a car to learn in soon. do you think it will be cheaper for her to insure it on her own, or for me to insure it with her on the policy?
