Project T4 House.....lets sell our house and live in a T4!!

Just sold my Mk1 Golf to fund the new project......a
lovely T4.....or not so lovely at the minute but will be soon. Its a
2.5tdi 102bhp LWB, Red with a denty scratch eyesore in the side door, but we
love it anyway!!

The first thing we did when we got it home was give it a good
scrub....probably the first in a while, that didn't stop there we got a
bit carried away and ended up pulling more or less every piece of
plastic/head lining/ ply panels/dash and door cards out and gave them a
clean before they were sprayed Satin Black and partly put back in, we've
also flash banded, insulated and plylined all the panels and floor
& are now in the process of carpeting the walls. Have just got some
new 60mm springs, rear discs and new brake pads all round.....just
saving for the wheels now, am thinking RS8's




















Thats the progress so far.....although i have started building the seating area this weekend will get some more pictures on soon.

She is a good looking van dude...much better now she is lowered too

Got home early today so got a bit more done......the mrs finished off spraying the door cards satin black with Vw Alpine White handles and got them back in too!!

The Flooring finally arrived today , gone for a vinyl type one piece roll out thing, its Black wood effect should look pretty sweet! will get some pictures on tomorrow.
PVA'd the Ply floor tonight so have left that drying ready for the vinyl tomorrow, also ive started glossing all the woodwork to smarten it up a bit.....what a mission i could only find a one inch brush!

Got the flooring down today, also painted the seat lids and made and fitted the 18mm ply head board, just need to get it covered in something
