well you wont find a way which is as simple as unplugging a fuse to stop the milage clocking up
is it an electronic milage readout?

| use you noodle chris....find the plug where the speedo reads from and unplug it, for example my mk1 has an electronic speedo that reads from a sensor on the gear box, i just need to unplug that sensor to turn off the speedo | |

| im pretty sure that if you do find something you can unplug, all manor of warning lights a faults will appear. doubt itll be as simple as pluging it back in and itll be how it was before, or every1 would be doin it wouldnt they. | |

you wouldn't need a warning light to tell you your speedo wasn't working, i'm sure you would notice. lol | |
